AI is entered at retail cost before allowance; no token-price guess or extra markup is added. A 90-second task with 2 vCPU and 4 GiB uses 3 normalized minutes. Transfer covers managed outbound traffic only, excluding internal traffic. Your own infrastructure and provider bills are separate.

No purchase or account change. Annual discounts apply to the platform; allowances reset monthly. The first year assumes the same resource use each month. This does not set a spending cap.
Proposed AI top-ups: €25, €100 or €500. Charges depend on the model and input/output usage; there is no fixed number of answers per euro. Published model rates would include a 35% markup on our pinned provider-cost baseline. Bring your own provider key on a private installation and pay that provider directly, with no Insaider token markup.
One normalized minute is one minute × the larger of allocated vCPU or RAM in GiB ÷ 2. For example, a 90-second task with 2 vCPU and 4 GiB costs €0.075 after allowance. Queue time is excluded. Your own hardware and local storage do not incur Insaider cloud usage charges.
New paid work stops at your cap by default. Automatic top-ups and overages require a billing administrator’s opt-in. Purchased AI top-ups would remain available while your account is open; included monthly allowances expire at reset. Existing data remains accessible at the limit.
A planned installation on your infrastructure, with your database, files and credentials under your control. You supply the infrastructure; the subscription covers software and the stated support scope. Optional managed AI, cloud execution and hosted backups send selected data outside your network and would each require your configuration.
Private Connected on monthly billing: €990 setup + 12 × €199 = €3,378 for the first year, before optional usage, infrastructure and tax. Care onboarding adds monitoring, backup setup, staging and one agreed data-source onboarding. Additional services are proposed at €125/hour under an agreed scope.
Support targets are first responses during published business hours, not guaranteed resolution or 24/7 coverage. Fully offline deployments remain a later pilot.
Private perpetual: €5,990 once. Proposed for 10 users, one production installation plus staging, the purchased major-version range, and the first 12 months of updates and software support. Optional maintenance renewal: €1,290/year. Your purchased runtime remains yours to use without renewal.
Hosting, managed AI, compute, storage, installation and ongoing operations are separate. You would not pay both a perpetual license and a Private Connected software subscription for the same entitlement.
Enterprise Private: custom pricing, planned from €1,499/month. Installations, identity requirements, residency, support and recovery commitments would be scoped individually. These options are proposals, not current offers or service guarantees.
Good questions
No. Aster Studio and every row are fictional. The demo runs a deterministic calculation in your browser and simulates workflow steps. It doesn’t call a model, execute Python, or connect to a database. Reload or reset to start again.
The workspace supports uploaded CSV, JSON, and XLSX files. Its customer-side bridge has runnable PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, and folder adapters. An administrator configures a connection and pairs the bridge; source credentials stay on the customer site. Other catalog entries are plans, not live adapters.
An administrator approves an immutable Python definition. A refresh pins it to an immutable dataset version and validates the result before updating the KPI. Failed refreshes preserve the previous successful result. The application requires a configured, independently isolated Python executor.
Autonomous skills, outreach, and license provisioning are not connected. You start available workflows and retain control over source pairing, calculation approval, and workspace permissions.
